like this desk very much since it meet all my needs, I’m looking for a desk so I can stand to use. it’s easy adjustable for the height so I and my son can use it both.

the shipping rate including a assembly but for whatever reason the shipper didn’t do that for me, but it’s not hard to assembly by myself and the seller also gave $50 refund for assembly.

I’m very happy to own this desk.

Built like a battleship! I surveyed the offerings and as one reviewer said many are priced way too high and others are shoddy cheap. The Rebel is pricey but I bet in time it will be worth the money.

Pro: The desk is terrific. Very conservative construction. And white glove setup today was fast and easy–for me. The delivery man lifted the >100 pound box like it was nothing. And he tightened every one of the bolts down so none would work loose over time. The parts are all thick walled. Nothing tinny about this product.

One minor con: I wish the crank for raising and lowering the table would stow out of the way up under the desk so it will not snag clothes. The handle does fold down but the crank still projects

Working standing up has health benefits so I believe that this will turn out to be a very good investment. Now maybe we will get the treadmill too!

Using this desk has helped strengthen my back and legs and gives me a workout throughout the day. It’s also helped me focus on the task at hand. Highly recommend!

The future of workstations. I had the Rebel Desk treadmill for several months before I was able to get the adjustable desk, and now that my workstation is complete, I can say I’m fully part of the walking revolution. I have the desk in wood, which is sleek and attractive and fit perfectly into my office where my old computer desk was (and where I had my keyboard and monitor perched precariously on stacks of books to get them to standing height). With the adjustable crank, it’s a cinch to raise and lower as needed — very handy when my co-workers of varying heights insist on trying out the treadmill. The surface is big enough to fit my keyboard, phone, two monitors, and an adjustable reader stand for books, papers, etc. It’s easier than ever to get immersed in my work and then realize I’ve walked a couple miles without any thought or effort, and of course I feel great instead of achy from having been hunched over in my chair. In the very rare occasions that I’ve had to sit to type, I put my big rubber ball right on the treadmill and crank the desk down. The adjustment takes seconds — a vast change from my previous set-up, when I had to haul all those books off my desk to bring my keyboard and monitor down to sitting level.

I can’t speak to the assembly because I managed to outsource that task. When I got the assembled desk, I noticed one of the bolts under the desk is sticking out about a third of an inch, and I can’t seem to make it go in further, but it doesn’t seem to affect the sturdiness of the desk.

I love my Rebel Desk setup. I love walking while I work, and I love being able to have that adjustable desk with a huge surface for all my tabletop needs.

Awesome sit/stand desk that will last. I researched a ton of different sit/standing workstations before I settled on on the Rebel Desk. The things that were most important to me were:

    1) Having a workstation that could easily adjust so I didn’t have to move to a different area to stand or sit.

    2) Having enough room for my laptop & stand, external monitor, phone, mouse and keyboard without feeling cramped.

    3) Buying a product that would last.

    4) Finding something that was under $1000.

The Rebel desk met all these requirements and I’ve been thrilled with my new workstation. I really like that the height of the desk is adjusted with a manual hand crank as the crank system seems heavy-duty and gives the impression that it will last forever. The teak finish desk is nice and the work surface seems durable. I chose the teak surface over the glass as I didn’t want to constantly be cleaning it and glass surfaces get dirty so quick. The Rebel Desk also has a grounded power strip on the side with two power plugs and two powered USB outlets. Great desk overall, however I wish that it had a better setup for cable consolidation. I’m going to screw in another power strip to the bottom of the desk so I don’t have any cords other than the power strip plug hanging down.

Since buying the desk I’ve been standing 60-70% of the workday. When standing, I’m more focused and less likely to get distracted. However, i’ve noticed that I have to be conscious about how much I stand as my body will get tired and my productivity will plummet if I don’t sit down. Wearing good athletic shoes helps and getting a nice standing mat is key for increasing the amount of time you are able to stand. Another “fringe” benefit is that my whiteboard and task list is now eye-level.

Great Product and I’ve recommended it to friends.

Gorgeous and a bargain. This is a really substantial desk, even when extended to it’s maximum height; very well designed. It’s also gorgeous. I’ve been keeping my eye on standing desk prices for a while now and they all tend to be either tiny, absurdly expensive, or made of flimsy+cheap looking plastic. This hits a sweet spot.

The glass desk is beautiful. It’s easy to use and works perfectly. I wasn’t too thrilled with the delivery service provided by Ceva. Ceva is the shipping company. The wonderful thing was Ceva assembled it for me, however Ceva as not easy to deal with. Ceva was responsible for the horrible delivery experience I had, however, on the other hand, Rebel Desk is a fantastic company. I definitely give this product 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you Rebel Desk! I will be ordering more products from you!

This is a very attractive and versatile desk. I ordered directly from Rebel to avoid paying the sales tax that Amazon now charges in my state. Included in the shipping is white glove delivery which included delivery and set up… nice!

I had also ordered a monitor stand from Amazon that mounts on the side using a clamp but had to return it as it’s not recommended for any glass top desk. If you need to raise your monitor, and you should if using this as a walking treadmill desk, you’ll either need to use a wall mount for your monitor or a riser that sits on top of your desk like a small stand. The risers are available on Amazon for up to 7 inches in height.

I have to start with the blue-tinted glass. It is stunning. I couldn’t tell from the photos that it had a tint, so when I pulled it out of the box and saw the color of it, I was in love. It is really incredible.

The pneumatic hand-crank mechanism operates so smoothly it looks like it’s worth 10 times the cost as you raise and lower the desk. The great thing about this design is that it allows you to adjust your desk to exactly the right height that you want. There’s no clicks or notched levers, just turn until it’s perfect.

Oh and the power strip on the side with two USB power plugs? Brilliant.

Overall, this desk is incredibly well designed and engineered. It is the best desk on the market, whether you want to sit, stand or walk (but of course get the Rebel Desk treadmill to walk, too!)

I have had my Rebel Desk for a couple months now and absolutely love it. It’s terrific clean, modern design will work great in any office area. The crank is such a great feature which easily gives you the option to stand or sit while working. I was a little concerned about putting the desk together but am happy to share that it was very easy to assemble. This desk is worth every penny for both style and functionality.

Great Desk! I love being able to raise my work surface and stand. The glass top and stand are beautiful. I have recommended this desk to several co-workers. Overall, the desk is sturdy, solid feeling and a great look. Definitely glad I purchased it.

This desk is GORGEOUS. I also got the treadmill and chair. I own my own business so I am sitting on my computer for 10-12 hours a day. This desk lets me stand and walk while working – which is so much better for my health and focus.

One of my favorite things about the desk is that it has two power sources and USB ports. That small detail was brilliant. I walk about 2 miles a day on my desk, and I find myself being even more focused on work while walking.

The desk was simple to assemble (I did it myself) and it looks great in my home office. Highly recommended.
