Amazing Benefits from the Walking Workstation

Every day that you use a walking workstation, you can log several miles and tens of thousands of steps, plus burn as many as 745 calories! You can’t do that at a sitting desk! Walking also releases endorphins that can improve mood and boost performance. This walking desk video shows how easy and relaxing it is to use a walking workstation. Studies have found that participants were 60% more creative when using a treadmill workstation. Research has shown that productivity, work quality and time management improved on days when employees used treadmill desks. Not to mention that walking can help reduce back pain and your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses.

If you have been on the fence, I say go for it. I had been thinking about getting a desk treadmill for about a year and was obsessively looking at reviews and blogs, etc. I finally did it, and I really do like it.

As others say, it’s easy to set up – take out of carton and plug in.

It’s quite quiet. However, I have my own office so can’t speak to how distracting it would be to others.

I can easily read on computer, send emails, write papers. One thing I cannot do is read a had copy of text while annotating by hand, or really do any kind of writing by hand. But that’s okay.

I walk 2 or 3 miles at a stretch without really noticing. THis feels much better than sitting all the time or even standing. Especially true if you have sciatica or other condition that makes it painful to sit.

I walk at 1.5 mph, and after a bit I do start to sweat. I have brought a tank top to the office to change into.

I have my own office and I walk with the door closed, because I’m still the only person in my building who has got one of these and I don’t want to draw attention to myself. Maybe when I’ve been doing it longer I’ll open the door.

    It’s been great. Do it.

So far, I love this desk. It has more than enough room to hold my laptop, large monitor, iPad Pro, laptop speakers, notes and room to write. It also was fairly easy to put together, even by myself. The main function of being able to raise and lower from standing to sitting, is easy and appears to be stable. The desk is well constructed. Simple and functional.

Great product, great service and a fantastic desk for the price! I have had this desk for a few weeks now and love it. I’m fairly tall and the desk raises easily to the perfect height. Assembly was easy and I feel it’s extremely sturdy and it looks great. I also have to compliment Rebel Desk on their service. My initial order never arrived, I assume it was lost by the carrier or delivered to the wrong address. Obviously I was upset but when I reached out to Rebel Desk, on a weekend no less, they responded within minutes. They tried to track it down but after a few days they ultimately sent me a replacement. No hassles, extremely easy to work with and focused on making me a happy customer. Great product, great service and a fantastic desk for the price!

-It arrived in a reasonable amount of time
    -It was packaged with care
-The wrench(s) they provided with it were actually usable (I normally throw these to the side and use my own)
-The instructions were very well written; were very clear
-Everthing went together with very little difficulty
-The fit & finish are excellent
-It raises and lowers with ease
-It’s quite sturdy (with a laptop, 24″ monitor and monitor stand, and an iPad)

    Well done!!!

Great Treadmill & Fabulous Customer Support. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so for the Rebel Treadmill. I purchased the treadmill for my office at work and have received so many compliments. It fits perfectly with the modern decor in my executive office. Customer support has also gone the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Kudos to the team at Rebel. I absolutely LOVE the treadmill and use it everyday.

I love my Rebel Desk. A friend had one and recommended it to me. I finally invested in it after having arm pain/tight back in order to help improve my daily posture. I got the clear table and love the ability to easily change from standing to sitting.

My husband put it together and we did have a problem with one of the screws strangely getting stuck. We called the company and they said it had never happened before and with no hassle whatsoever, sent us out new parts. We had the desk together quickly after that hiccup.

This desk is very sturdy, the crank is easy to use to adjust the settings, and the plug in and usb access along the side is awesome. I was very happy with the quality. I thought it was made in the USA though and the box said Taiwan. It is still very much worth the money to me. It has a large table top;but that is what I needed. Very pleased with this product.

Beautiful and Functional: Highly Recommended! Absolutely love this desk! I have the glass top and it is a gorgeous addition to our home. Not only does it look good, but it is very functional and easy to roll up and down. At first I was a little nervous that it would be loud or clunky – but it is not at all. I really like that it has it’s own power port with two plugs and two USB ports. Really handy and saves you having wires trailing everywhere.
It was not difficult to set up but it did take a while, maybe 20 minutes or so.
I would recommend this desk to everyone and anyone! I love being able to stand and work after sitting for 8 hours at the office. My full review and photos are up at http://www.honestlyfitness.com if you are interested.

Awesome desk. I should have bought one sooner. Well built and easy to assemble. I expect to have it for a long time to come.

Very excited about our new desks..perhaps too excited. My husband and I have been looking for a long time for the perfect home desk for our needs. We both like to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day, but buying static sized desks was not an option because we’re very different heights. The Rebel Up 2000 was the perfect solution for us. The low to high range is really impressive and the details on the set-up are so thoughtful with wire organization and electric & usb outlets built in.

Building the desk was surprisingly quite easy. The task looked daunting at first glance, but together we were able to put together two desks in a flash. They’re very well made at a really reasonable price compared to some of the other adjustable desk options out there. We’ve each got a large cinema display, laptop, speakers and notebooks on the desk with plenty of room. The shape and size of the desk make them easy to fit just about anywhere, and I really like the mocha color we got…doesn’t feel overly ‘office’ in our home.

Lastly, the customer service they have at Rebel is outstanding. We had contacted them a few times with questions and they were very responsive, empathetic and helpful.

Also worth mentioning….the standing desk mat they sell is so comfortable and helps avoid back pain while standing and working for many hours. A worthwhile add-on!

Works perfectly and allows me to clock in about 7 miles a day to boot! I love it. Customer service has been very helpful both times I called with questions as well.

I’m writing this review on my Rebel Treadmill 1000, FYI. I’ve been using this treadmill for 2 1/2 weeks and I’m extremely pleased. A long list of positives and just a few gentle negatives. As a point of reference, I work in an office setting in the Administrative wing of a hospital.

It really is very quiet. You can barely hear it at all, just a low hum, when it’s on. When I walk on it (I wear a pair of Kadee Crocs), you just hear my steps. One of my co-workers described the sound as a very quiet bread machine:) Everyone has assured me that it blends easily into the background, and we work in a VERY quiet office.

I’ve read some different reviews where people mentioned poor packaging. I was fortunate to receive mine very securely packaged, no holes or dents in the box. The treadmill was very easy for me to set up. I had one co-worker help me unbox it and roll it over to my area, but otherwise, I did the setup on my own.

I have a height adjustable workstation (I use a Varidesk) and it’s easy to raise up a few extra inches to accomodate the 4 inch height of the treadmill. In spite of the fact that I’m quite a bit taller standing on it, people who walk in the office don’t even notice that I’m walking until they get closer. My upper body really doesn’t move much, as I’m lightly resting my wrists on the desk.

I’ve been getting, at the very least, 10,000 steps easily every day at work. Most days I get closer to 13 to 15,000. I use a fitbit flex, and unfortunately it doesn’t register my VERY slow steps (1 mpr), so I’ve had to put it on my shoe so that my steps register. I’m averaging walking about 3-4 hours a day. The great thing about my area is that I have a desk with an empty space underneath the right side, so when I need to take a break or just not use it for awhile, I just pick up the end and slide it out of the way.

Going about 1 mph, I can easily type, talk on the phone, and get all my work done. I don’t get out of breath or sweaty. Also, I find it easy to step on and off the side without feeling like I might trip.

Just a few things. My bottle of silicone lubricant sprung a leak, so most of it was in the bag and since it was the same bag as the safety button/cord, that was saturated. However, when I mentioned that to Customer Service, they sent me a replacement very promptly.

I think for someone a little more handy, this wouldn’t be an issue, but the belt wasn’t entirely centered when I got it. I tried following the instructions to center it, but it wouldn’t stay centered. I’m slightly hesitant to follow the instructions to tighten the belt, as I’m concerned I’m going to hopelessly mess it up. One of my friends volunteered to help though. And when I mentioned to customer service that I wasn’t sure how to resolve this, they said they’re going to shoot a how-to video and post it. That’s pretty awesome, in my opinion!

Every so often, it does make a slight creaking noise for 3 to 4 steps, but it doesn’t last. Might be the belt, but no one can hear it but me:)

Overall, I feel this was a great purchase and I’ve been very pleased with the customer service!

I been researching a lot about an adjustable desk for my work and when i found Rebel and saw their product, it was really good. They have different options available but, i loved the glass top, It looks very modern. The frame is rock solid.. heavy steel. The assembly was easy, just follow the instructions and their customer support is excellent ! I spend lot of time in front of the computer and the adjustable height gives me lot of flexibility. Its so easy to change the height. Finally have a desk which is comfortable and looks cool !

Everyone should have one! Been walking 13,000 – 15,000 steps a day without thinking twice. Can’t stand to sit any more!

  15. 5 out of 5

I am so pleased with this treadmill! It’s super-quiet and a great addition to get a couple extra miles in each day that I wouldn’t have otherwise. At first I was concerned that the speed only goes to 2 miles per hour but as it turns out; I keep the pace at about 1.5 miles per hour which is a great pace to still be able to work on my computer at the same time. I would recommend starting off slow and only using the treadmill for an hour at most/day if you have not used a treadmill while working before. It’s terrific!

  16. 5 out of 5

I’d been thinking about getting a treadmill desk for a while. My first step was a sit/stand desk, which convinced me that I could type/mouse standing up. Since my office layout is tight and I wanted a treadmill that I could fairly easily move out of the way if I wanted to sit. Initially I was looking at a lifespan model, but those were bigger and considerably heavier. I then found out about the Rebel. I read one unfavorable review at workwhilewalking.com, and that gave me some pause. But there were plenty of good user reviews, and even though I wasn’t sure how ‘real’ they all were, I decided to go for the Rebel.

The shipping took a little longer than I expected, 6 business days instead of 3-4. The box came well-packed. Setup was very easy, and it fit very well. It takes a few minutes to move it, which I tend to do at most once a day. When it turns on you can’t hear anything. When you walk on it, you do hear a whooshing sound in addition to your footsteps, but pretty quite.

I started walking at 1.2 mph and after a few days I do most of my work at 1.5. If I am on a call and not typing I set it up to 2.0. I can’t imagine walking and working any faster than that. I also bought a vertical mouse from evoluent and that has made mousing much easier. My standard Microsoft ergonomic keyboard works fine.

When I first started standing and working, I felt much more energized than when I was sitting. But since I started walking and working I feel even better. The first couple of days I needed to stop and sit for a while, but after a week I feel I can walk pretty much all day. I’m very curious to see how this feels after a month or two.

Terrific product and company. I’ve owned this treadmill for a little more than a year. I have an office in a biology lab with surrounding offices. The noise it makes is imperceptible to my coworkers. The steps I take are fairly quiet as well. I appreciate that stopping the treadmill for a few minutes does not reset the speed. The treadmill starts and stops gradually so that there is no sudden jerking up to speed or sudden stopping except if you pull the safety cord and the magnet comes loose. My walking speed turns out to depend on the level of concentration needed for whatever task I am doing. Light reading speed is 1.8-2 MPH while writing new text or computer code means keeping the speed down to 1 MPH or stopped altogether. I use a pocket three accelerometer pedometer, and it counts steps quite accurately on this treadmill for me except at the slowest speeds. I find that when typing (1.2-1.6 MPH), I need to adjust my desktop height ever so slightly up or down and it also depends on time of day. I have paired the treadmill with an electric raising and lowering desk and probably adjust 4-5 times a day to get the ergonomics just right. The overall experience has been terrific. I should say that when I first got it, there was a problem in the controller box, and the Rebel company person was immediately responsive and replaced the whole thing in just a few days with no fuss whatsoever. This product is a winner and comes with great company support. I’m happy enough that I am buying a second one.

Works great so far on the first day. Have it all set up and seems to run like a charm. I will be back to let you know how it’s going after a few weeks.

Works very well. I have matching Rebel adjustable height table as well. Getting alot of use out of them. Treadmill plastic cover was cracked by delivery guy. Customer Service was awesome, and immediately replaced the plastic part, with zero hassle for me. It’s only for walking. Not running. But knew that when bought it. Less obtrusive than I thought it would be. Kinda sleek.I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants to walk and work.

  20. 5 out of 5

Rebel Desk changed my life. I know it sounds dramatic but it’s absolutely true. I wasn’t actively looking to burn calories or lose weight. I just didn’t want to be sedentary while working 8-10 hours a day. I thought standing desks were sufficient but then decided to give one a try with the encouragement of my new Fitbit.

Once I adjusted to the initial fatigue of walking for an hour, I carried on. Now I’m able to work an entire work day walking and it results in my getting into a flow and becoming more productive than I’ve ever been. I’ve also improved my stamina and can run and bike longer than I had done before.

As a product Rebel Desk has been flawless. It’s simple to use, mechanically sound, and great value compared to other high quality treadmill desks.

So glad I bought this. Love it! This treadmill is super quiet, easy to use, and has the perfect speed range for working. I have an adjustable standing desk and I work long days, so this is a perfect alternative to sitting all day. I feel very comfortable walking for most of the day, even though I can adjust the desk to sit, if needed. The pace does not distract me from work. I just have to make sure to keep walking flats in the office. I had been tempted to adapt a cheaper treadmill not meant for work, but I am glad that I didn’t. You feel like you are floating for a few moments when you get off, but time on the treadmill energizes me rather than tiring me, and is a welcome change from feeling like a slug after sitting for hours on end. Delivery service was great and set-up was super simple.

I absolutely love my Rebel treadmill! I absolutely love my Rebel treadmill. Between work and kids, I don’t make the time to work out. At least this way, I am no longer sitting at work all day. I was nervous that I would have a hard time adjusting to working and walking at the same time, but it was actually a very quick and easy transition. I do find I walk at different speeds depending on the task, but it was pretty natural figuring out the right speed for each task. I am MUCH more comfortable than when I was just standing at my desk – my legs got very stiff just standing, but walking is very comfortable. I expected to be more tired at the end of the day, but that hasn’t been the case. If anything I actually have more energy. In terms of brand – I have been incredibly happy with Rebel Desk – they have great customer service, and the treadmill is attractive, is a nice size and is fairly quiet. (And when my kids come to the office, they think it is the coolest thing ever).

  23. 5 out of 5

Absolutely love this treadmill. I am able to walk 6+ miles a day at a nice pace.
This treadmill is exactly what I was looking for. Had it setup in less than 30 minutes and have been on it ever since. A Little pricey, but I think it is worth it.

  24. 5 out of 5

I can type, design, and illustrate on this; I have more energy; I think better; and I’m more productive. I am so happy I brought Rebel Desk into my design studio! From day one, my body started singing out with happiness on how good it feels to use this desk while getting my rockin’ work done. I used to write novels on a treadmill using a flimsy shelf. I also earned an MBA on a treadmill. I have experience to know I wanted this, but I’ve never had such good equipment, and that’s why for years I stopped working on a treadmill.

The Rebel Desk and Rebel Treadmill have solved this and are a BIG BIG level up! The design is so much better than what I tried making do with before. I’m not just a worker; I’m a *designer* on a treadmill now. It’s a couple weeks in, so I’ll affirm to you that I can *design and illustrate* while walking slowly on my Rebel Desk. I talk to customers while walking on the (very quiet) treadmill. That means if you have pretty much any office job, you can do it on a Rebel Desk, too.

I’m happier. It’s probably natural endorphins. I’m also doing better work (think: blood flow to the brain is up!). And I’m clocking more work hours because I don’t need to get up to stretch and move, as I’m already moving and I don’t get crimped up anymore. I don’t slouch over at my screen anymore.

I gave away my office chair. I literally don’t own that chair anymore. I don’t miss it.

It took about a week to get used to the increased physical activity. Note that I *only* work on this treadmill desk; I do not have a desk with a chair. This is my desk, nobody else’s, so I can comfortably have my monitor, drawing tablet, and whatever papers and idea notebooks I’m working out of on the desk.

If for some reason I need to find a chair and sit down for a morning, it’s easy to slide away the treadmill and crank the desk to a chair height. Importantly, I do not have to move anything off my desk to crank it down. Full cup of tea sitting right next to my drawing tablet? No worries, it doesn’t need to move. The crank motion is smooth and slow, and nothing on the desk will fall off or shift as you change the height.

Moving the treadmill out of the way and cranking the desk down takes about two minutes. I timed it.

It goes 2 miles per hour maximum. I can type, think, talk on the phone, write, strategize, do accounting, etc. at that maximum speed. If I need to illustrate, I turn it down to the minimum 0.5 miles per hour. If I’m doing minute design work that needs things to line up carefully, I go for about 1 mile per hour. None of these speeds makes me sweat. I don’t stink. I don’t breathe hard. I wear athletic shoes or moccasins, but I don’t need to adjust my wardrobe otherwise.

On a personal level, those little dimples next to my oblique muscles? They’re back. My waist is visibly smaller. I’m clocking 35-45 miles per week while I work, which is about 5000 calories a week, so I am eating absolutely everything I want to and still trimming out. And if think about how they style the trunks of sports cars — the high, proud lines? Just saying the results are fast and good on this level as well.

I’m so thankful for this invention. This is the best equipment investment I’ve made in my company this year, and it’s also possibly the best investment I’ve made in myself personally.

Will transform the way you work. I’m obsessed with my Rebel Treadmill!

I was not sure where to start when I decided that I wanted an alternative to sitting all day long. I did the research and found that the Rebel Treadmill is less expensive, has a sleeker design, more portable, and is quieter than other treadmill desks. Not to mention, the treadmill desk has a ton of health benefits!

Now that I have a Rebel Treadmill, I walk more during the day and I feel more energized at the end of the workday. I use it during conference calls and for normal work on the computer.

It has turned the normal 2pm drowsy time (I used to use coffee as a crutch to get me through) into an opportunity to get re-energized and healthier.

My coworkers use it and have started ordering the Rebel Treadmill for their offices and shared space.

    I highly recommend it!

I love my Rebel Desk! I have been wanting something like this for years, because I just hate to sit while I am working. I worried that I wouldn’t really be able to concentrate if I was walking. Turns out I can work just fine. The integration of the treadmill and the desk is seamless, which is really important because I am constantly interrupted. I press just one button to stop and the same thing when I hop back on!

  27. 5 out of 5

Improve your health without thinking about it! This is seriously a life-changer. We’ve had this for about a month now. My partner works from home at least half of the week. He has been a big advocate for the standing work desk for years and now with the treadmill, he is even happier. His job entails several hours on the computer, much of which is tedious and can be stressful. Now, with the treadmill, he will sometimes put in 5-6 miles a day without even thinking about it. When I find myself home while he’s gone, I prop up my textbook and read my assignments while walking – I walked 4 miles just reading one assignment the other day when I would have normally been sitting on my behind.

There is a small learning curve for what you can do and how fast you can go. I find it easy to go 2.0mph while reading or surfing the internet, but for writing and typing, I need to slow it down. It also depends on how long your legs are and how fast a normal walking pace is for you. My partner is 6’1″ with long legs and normally has it set for 2.0mph unless he is writing or doing something intricate with the mouse on the computer. Like any treadmill or elliptical machine, there is also a tendency for a slight light-headed feeling when you first step off of it if you’ve been on for hours, so I always hold onto the desk for a moment when stopping. It goes away quickly, though!

It is a sturdy, quiet, heavy piece of equipment, but still easy to move around the room (I need to use two hands). The only thing I would like is a “Pause” button. If you walk away for a few minutes, you press the “Stop” button and it slowly comes to a stop. If you get back on within a few minutes, it will remember your time/distance/speed when you press “Start” again, but if you leave it for too long it will reset and your information is lost. I like to keep track of how far I go, so when I get off, even for a few minutes, I jot down my distance on a sticky note in case I don’t start up again before it resets.

In all, we are VERY happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who spends hours a day slumped over their computers!

This machine arrived yesterday morning, and I’ve basically been on it ever since. It is amazingly quiet – I was concerned as my home office is above a tenant’s bedroom, but it’s truly quiet and very smooth. If I walk away from it to deal with something I have to look to see if it’s running when I get back.

It’s much smaller than I’d even hoped for. I have limited space, but it’s both small enough to not be in the way of everything, and long enough to feel perfectly secure walking and not concentrating on doing so – I’m not going to go flying off the back.

I had some questions before purchase and customer service was great and response was within hours.

Getting used to writing by hand and typing while walking is going to be a steep learning curve for me, but well worth it for how great it feels to not be stuck sitting in a chair for 12 hours a day, as I have been for several years now – to then go sit in a chair to read or watch TV.

Really, everyone should have one of these for mental and physical health, and so far I see no reason to spend the $1,500 – $2,000 other brands ask when this one is great – light, with wheels so easy to adjust, super quiet, operates smoothly and less than $700.

WOW! This is great. I can’t tell you what I was expecting. However I can tell you the truth of what I’m receiving is greater than any expectations I could have imagined. This feels so great, my gluteus muscles are firing and it feels so unbelievably great. I am so happy I stumbled upon this company Rebel Desk. They are proving to be a first class operation with high quality products available at a low price point. This is rare, especially in a start up. Why can’t more companies come out of the gate like this. The Rebel Treadmill 1000 is a keeper.

a bit more pricy than the Confidence treadmill (I have that too), but this is much better for an office environment where the people 20 ft away probably won’t even hear you (unless you are in a library like quiet space). Very nice. Max speed of 2mph is sufficient for hours of walking.

Love, love, love. By far one of the best health investments I’ve made in my life, and i’m very health conscious, as I train for Ironman triathlons. However, I sit down a lot at work too. This system, solution, product has kept me busy while working, typing, emailing and making business calls. My kids love it too!! Highly recommended!!!!

I used to sit all day long for work. My circulation, posture, muscle tone, morale, and overall fitness suffered drastically. I would return home with no energy to do anything more than just sit some more before laying down. This desk has literally changed my life. I have a fitbit and while I used to average between 1500 and 3000 steps on a workday, I now am getting in over 15,000 at work alone.

I have way more energy, feel more positive, and am even able to concentrate much better at work.

Delivery and assembly were a breeze and Rebel Desk’s fantastic customer service helped me work out a minor issue I was having.

Do not hesitate! You will love it!!!

The Rebel Treadmill was easy to set-up and use right out of the box. It is so nice to not sit all day at work. Everyone comments how quiet the treadmill is, and I can easily log 6 or more miles a day. I recommend wearing socks and/or shoes, because the tread can wear a little on bare feet. If you are thinking about going to a treadmill at work, do it! And this is a great low-cost option.

I spent the majority of the fall researching walking treadmills and felt that most of the products offered were too big for my office space (9×9). I was so excited when I came across the Rebel Desk 1000. The specs were perfect! I called and spoke to someone at Rebel Desk with all of my questions. Like “how long can you walk on the RD1000 per day and how long will it last? I mainly got my questions from all my research and other walking treadmills say this one is good for 3-4 hours a day and then if you pay $300 more you can get the one that is good for 8 hours a day. She was very polite and told me it is hard to know how long your treadmill will last because there are so many other factors such as body weight that go into the equation. She also told me that they had a great warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee and that the RD1000 had the same motor as the competitor. I was sold.

My treadmill arrived within two weeks via UPS and had a hole in the corner of the box. The UPS guy said it can happen with large packages but commented on how well the product was packed and that there should be no issues due to that. I looked in the hole and sure enough there was enough packing around my RD1000 that there was not even a scratch.

Set up was super easy, pretty much take it out of the box, plug it in, tighten up some screws and put the silicone on the belt and I was good to go.

I have been up and walking now for about 3 weeks. I was lucky enough to have a handy husband who made my desk walking and sitting so I walk on average 5 hours a day and stand and sit the other times. I was so amazed at how easy it is to take phone calls and type while walking. I have been tracking and I do between 4-7 miles a day. I finally feel like my butt is not spreading but shrinking.

Rebel has been amazing to deal with and I love the product.

    (verified owner):

The first thing you notice about the Rebel Desk after you plug it in and get started is exactly what your co-workers don’t notice: it’s quiet. Really quiet. Not that pleasing your co-workers is the most important thing, but at the very least I don’t want to make any more “frenemies” by taking the last cup of water from the cooler (and not replacing the bottle) AND by having some loud mechanical device under my desk. So at least they can’t be mad about the treadmill.

I’ve had my Rebel treadmill for more than two years now and it is still going strong. I had to move it when I changed jobs but even that was smooth because of the way the wheels on the front allow you to maneuver it. I’ve tried it with walking videos too (like pretend you’re walking along a southern California beach). Fun.

Rebel Treadmill has several obvious advantages comparing with other desk treadmills

You dont have to take time off making appointment with shipping company, negotiate for delivery to you apartment or pay for white glove service.

2 It works out of the box,you don’t have to waste time to put it together
It makes Rebell treadmill much less expensive because for most people time is money and save aggravation.

3 The maximum speed of treadmill is 1.8 miles which is more than sufficient if you use it at you desk.
why get full breakfast if all you want is a cup of coffee?

4 the treadmill aesthetically pleasing and occupies little space

5 The customers support is fantastic!
