Can You Type While Walking at a Treadmill Desk?

One of the most common questions that we get at Rebel Desk is: can I really type while I’m walking on a treadmill?

Rebel Desk

We assure folks that, yes, typing is not a problem while walking slowly at a treadmill desk. But now we can let other people do the assuring . . .

This weekend Rebel Desk displayed its treadmill desk and standing desks at the Philadelphia Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. We set up a computer at the desk so that people could test out typing while walking.

The results were so great (a snippet from the Gettysburg address!) and often so funny that we had to share.

Check out this screenshot with some of our favorite messages, including “I have to run tomorrow….oh no.”
