One article that caught my attention was on the benefits of walking meetings. I began having walking meetings about two years ago. These consisted mostly of having a conversation with one other person while we walked around a few blocks. Super simple, yet so much improved from sitting across a desk in the same office that I occupied all day. Jeff and I often find ourselves hopping off of our treadmills to take a walk around the neighborhood while we talk shop. Moving around in some fresh air does wonders for my clarity of thought and ability to listen.
